Specifications and Features
Standard Compliance: Manufactured to ASTM A252/SA252 specifications, which define the requirements for nominal wall steel pipe piles.
Tolerance per ASTM A252:
Outside Diameter: Shall not vary more than ±1% from the specified diameter.
Wall Thickness: At any point, shall not be more than 12.5% under the specified nominal wall thickness
Manufacturing Process: Produced using the Electric Resistance Welding (ERW) process, ensuring a consistent and high-strength longitudinal weld.
Primary Application: Designed for use as pipe piles where the steel cylinder functions either as a permanent load-carrying structural element or as a permanent formwork for concrete piles.
