ASTM A335 / ASME SA335 P92 is premium seamless ferritic Cr-Mo-V-Nb alloy steel pipe for ultra-high temperature & high pressure service.
Compared with P91, P92 adds Tungsten & Boron to dramatically boost creep rupture strength, long-term microstructure stability and high-temperature oxidation resistance, working safely under 600-650°C ultra-supercritical operating conditions. All pipes are fully seamless hot-rolled/cold-drawn, free of welding defects, with full non-destructive testing (UT, ET, Hydrostatic Test) and official Mill Test Certificate EN 10204 3.1 for global power & petrochemical projects.
