Manufacturing Process

Steel Strip Preparation:
Cold-rolled steel coils are first cleaned and treated to remove impurities, ensuring optimal adhesion of the zinc layer.
Zinc Coating Application:
The steel strip is continuously passed through a galvanizing bath, where it receives a zinc coating via either electro-galvanizing (electroplating) or pre-heating and hot-dip galvanizing methods-this occurs before the tube is formed.

Roll Forming:
The pre-coated steel strip is then fed into a series of precision rollers that gradually shape it into a square tube profile.
High-Frequency Welding:
The edges of the strip are joined using high-frequency electric resistance welding, creating a seamless longitudinal seam.

Cutting and Finishing:
The continuous tube is cut to required lengths, inspected for dimensional accuracy, and packaged for shipment.
